Nested in downtown Los Angeles lies La Luna Blu, an upscale Italian dining experience. La Luna Blu, translating to "the blue moon", pays homage to unique Italian traditions, the menu features primary offal plates. Taking inspiration from the unique blue moon, the restaurant reflects not only the color, but also the effect it has on flora and the ocean, taking the uniqueness and rarity of the blue moon and the symbolism behind it.
